On Thursday 30 October, Manchester’s Finest are teaming up with Jose Cuervo, some of Manchester’s best pizza joints and the award-winning Jack and the Bozak campervan for the first-ever Margarita Margherita Crawl — an all-day, city-wide celebration of two of life’s greatest pleasures: pizza and tequila.
Across three secret locations, the crawl will serve up free slices and free margarita cocktails at 1pm, 3pm and 5pm, each stop soundtracked by Jack and the Bozak – the custom-built DJ campervan crowned eBay’s Campervan Conversion of the Year. Behind the wheel is creator Jack Lydon, joined by local selectors Joey T, Maroudis and Mix-Stress to keep things rolling with house, disco and good-time energy all afternoon.
Then, it’s time for the grand finale. The crawl ends at one of the city’s best new bars, Renae, where house legend Ian Pooley – playing in Manchester for the first time in over a decade – headlines the afterparty. Tickets for the gig are already sold out, but a handful of golden tickets will be given away throughout the day from the van, along with one last round of free margs and slices.
