This booking kicks things up a notch, with the legendary Rochelle Canteen making the journey up from Shoreditch. The creation of chef Margot Henderson, its influence – along with the influence of her husband Fergus’s pivotal restaurant St. John – is hard to understate. Their wildly talented progeny Hector will be at the stoves alongside Winsome’s Shaun Moffat with dishes celebrating superb produce like Arbroath smokies and Yorkshire mallard. One of the biggest events in Manchester’s culinary calendar this year.
