As the season turns and the first signs of spring start to appear, Where The Light Gets In celebrate Supra, the Georgian tradition of feasting. It is seen as an act of communion, a moment to pause, to break bread and raise a glass.
Throughout this act, guest chefs and winemakers will join WTLGI from near and far. Weekly workshops in pickling and fermentation and foraging walks will lead us to discover the overlooked abundance beneath our feet, connecting us to the wild larder hidden within the city. There will be a finale farmer’s market at Sadler’s Yard on Sunday 30 March.
