In celebration of the Summer Solstice, Manchester’s ‘Yogathon’ is returning to Great Northern Warehouse with a day of free outdoor yoga sessions led by award-winning instructors from The Life Centre. Located outdoors in the amphitheatre, Yogathon promises a full day of yoga, from morning through to evening. Early birds can kickstart the day with 108 Sun Salutations from 7.30-9.30am, perfectly timed as the sun rises over the city on the longest day of the year. Over lunch, yoga lovers can dive into downward dog with a lively functional flow class at 12.30-1.15pm or relax after work with a Vinyasa class at 5.15-6pm.
