A £1 million ‘health optimisation hub’ is set open at Manchester Green near Manchester Airport on 18 September, using state-of-the-art equipment said to improve a range of cognitive functions and provide bespoke therapies.

Called Projuvenate, it aims to offer a range of treatments often found in private wellness clinics in London, but now accessible in the North West.

The centre will be led by Dr Libby Artingstall, a former consultant psychiatrist, and her brother Rob Artingstall, a performance physiotherapist with experience in elite sport, including work with England Rugby League.

Its services are divided into three sections. The first, Health Optimisation, includes ExoMind™, a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment designed to improve emotional regulation, cognitive function and self-control; also included are therapies for longevity, intimate health, and options such as electromagnetic pelvic floor training and HaloRed™ salt and red light therapy.

The second, Elite Physiotherapy, delivers rehabilitation and injury prevention, with equipment such as the R-Force™ anti-gravity treadmill and targeted cryotherapy. The third area of treatment is Aesthetic Wellness, focusing on non-invasive skin, facial, body-sculpting and hair-vitality treatments.

Prices start at £45 for a HaloRed™ therapy session; a six-session ExoMind package costs £2,200. A medical consultation at £75 is required before beginning any treatment or programme, and this fee can be redeemed against treatment within three months.

Dr Libby Artingstall said: “This opening marks a new era for health in the North West. People no longer need to travel to London for these cutting-edge, preventative wellness therapies. As the region’s first ExoMind™ clinic and holistic wellness hub, we’re proud to be putting Manchester on the map for clinical excellence and proactive care that supports every dimension of wellbeing.”

The clinic will be open for bookings and consultations via its website from now.
