Following the success of the first Friday Food Fight this Spring, the team from B.EAT Street Manchester is bringing it’s ever-changing food, drink and DJ line-up to Manchester’s Northern Quarter for ten summer weekend block parties.
Each weekend is to be curated by one of Manchester’s leading club nights; combining food from the best venues and street food heroes in the North all washed down with an expertly selected range of craft beers, ciders and fresh cocktails.
Food for this weekend is:
Beef and Pudding ~ urban pub and kitchen serving a mixture of pub classics and more unique dishes.
Mumma Schnitzel ~ hand pounded, free range British chicken schnitzel, chilli sauce and love in a bun.
Coq O’The North ~ charcoal roasted rotisserie specialising in finger lickin’ chicken.
Viet Shack ~ 100% homemade Vietnamese street food with a twist.
Diamond Dogs ~ hand crafted traditional hot dogs smoked over English fruit woods.
Holy Basil ~ you’ve not tried Thai till you’ve tried Holy Basil
Solita ~ dirty burgers, pulled pork and plenty of sauce to get your mouth around.
Fat and Sweet ~ don’t be a jerk, you know the only food you need is jerk chicken.
