Johnny Vegas – new show for MIF
Johnny Vegas returns to Manchester International Festival with a new theatre show in the Festival’s own performance space, the Pavilion Theatre on Albert Square. He seems reluctant to discuss the concept behind his latest theatrical endeavour – ‘I’m reluctant to discuss the concept’ (Johnny Vegas) – but expectations are high following the success of his darkly original show Interiors, the feel bad hit of MIF 07.
Johnny’s versatility as a writer/performer means that stand up’s loss is theatre’s gain, and makes for a very exciting addition to the MIF 11 line-up.
Produced by Manchester International Festival and Woolyback Productions.
