Blind Mic headlines Origin's last Northern Quarter show of the year

Manchester’s weekly live music showcase ‘Origin’, held at Off The Square in the Northern Quarter, will be hosting their last show of the year this week with headliner BLIND MIC on Thursday 16th December.

After 18 successful weekly shows since launching this year, this Thursday see’s Origin close out the year with Manchester’s ‘Blind Mic’, a rapper, producer and multi-instrumentalist; raised on the mic of underage raves from the age of 16.

A rising star of the North, Blind Mic has worked with the likes of IAMDDB, Murkage Dave and July7. Blind Mic continues to explore hip hop, electronic tones and soul, with his upcoming EP ‘DUENDE’ ft Tyler Daley (Children Of Zeus) and SVMI on the way in 2022, Blind Mic is ready to share his new material.

Origin’s Founders Cameron Anderson and Marc Bernstein invite you to “join us as we celebrate a year of successful shows and help build a platform for raw local talented musicians to prosper from.”

Another three acts will be assisting ‘Blind Mic’ close out the ‘Origin’ stage, Cityboy Rem, Simm & Kas all join him for a night of raw talent and good vibes.
