Two of Manchester’s most exciting nights lock horns to bring you a not to be missed mash up at The Zoo.

BMT has been pushing Old Skool Jungle since May 2011 bringing Manchester the biggest names in the genre and Herbal Sessions has been around for years showcasing a number of high profile acts over many different bass orientated styles through its monster sound system. With this in mind we have come up with a line up that represents both crews to the maximum and it looks like an absolute stonker.

So here we go…

KENNY KEN  Jungle Set

Kenny Ken is a household name in the world of Jungle/Drum and Bass. He started playing music way back in 89 and has seen the music change year after year. House and Techno was his style back then but still listens to house music today. Kennys achievements in the music scene are too many to mention. Winning the Jungle Soundclash back in 94 is the one that a lot of people remember and still talk about to this day. Hes played for almost all the big Rave organizations over the years and still enjoys playing music to the masses. He was resident DJ with the Legendary AWOL and World Dance and Raindance. Nowadays Kenny is still playing all over the world and spreading the Jungle vibe. Hes also in the studio a lot and runs two record labels. Mix and Blen recording started back in 97 and Monitor recordings was re launched in 2008. Kenny will be playing an old skool jungle set. We are more than happy to have Kenny back in Manchester and we hope that you look forward to witnessing who in the eyes of many is the best jungle DJ in the world
