Weds 7th Sept sees a bit of a special double-header with Patterns and Ghost Outfit playing on the same London bill at Old Blue Last. Great chance to kill two birds with one stone as they say – Patterns mix pop and shoegaze in the vein of My Bloody Valentine or Teardrop Explodes meets Deerhunter or Panda Bear. Ghost Outfit are a duo who’ve been causing quite a stir with their schizo-fi noise meets emotionally driven pop a la an all-boy White Stripes meets Throbbing Gristle – and fittingly, debut single ‘Tuesday / I Want Someone Else’ is released on Halloween 31st October on Sways.
