Next week sees a particularly hotly tipped band from the local scene take to the stage for a date in the Northern Quarter. And, with the BBC, The Independent, MEN, and Music Week amongst those already professing to be fans this should be one homecoming well worth the effort.

City Reign will arrive to play Gullivers on Oldham Street in Manchester next Saturday, November 26th, bringing with them a collection of high powered indie rock come smack you in the face guitar pop, with comparisons being drawn to the likes of Dinosaur Jr and Yuck, to name but two. The band also have an EP out on Monday, November 21st- Numbers For Street Names.
