Following the success of last year’s inaugural event, street-fashion and footwear retailer size? is gearing up for a comeback of the size?sessions Festival. The festival is set to light up the O2 Victoria Warehouse in Manchester on Saturday, 4th November 2023, promising an even grander celebration of music and fashion culture than before.
Last year’s festival witnessed the likes of AJ Tracey, Nines, and Knucks across three stages. This year, size? is back with an expanded roster, unveiling the first wave of acts that include major names in the UK’s music scene such as Headie One, Digga D, Strandz, Izzy Bossy, and BXKS.
British rap powerhouse Headie One will be taking the main stage, marking another milestone in his trailblazing career. As the first artist from the Drill scene to claim a top #10 single on the UK Official Chart, Headie One has proven himself as one of Britain’s most formidable talents. His debut album Edna, released in 2020, catapulted straight to No.1 in the UK albums chart, and his collaborations with renowned rappers such as Drake, Dave, Skepta, Aitch, AJ Tracey, and Section Boyz further solidify his standing.
Joining Headie One in the headline spot is Digga D, the rap and drill artist who is fast becoming a household name within the UK music scene. The release of his debut mixtape ‘Double Tap Diaries’ in 2019 – charting at #11 – marked him as the highest-charting debut for a UK solo drill artist. His live set promises an electrifying experience for festival-goers.
The line-up also includes STRANDZ, known for his hit “Us Against The World,” Izzy Bossy, and BXKS, all ready to deliver unforgettable performances.
But the size?sessions Festival offers more than just music. It partners with your favourite streetwear brands to create unique experiences. Homegrown, a street-fashion brand, will host an interactive room for festival-goers to take a break from the music and capture memories. The North Face, the leading outdoor brand, is set to return with their VIP Lounge, in collaboration with Cuban Rum maker Havana Club. VIP ticket holders can enjoy two complimentary cocktails while revelling in the best view from The North Face’s VIP balcony.
