Key figures in the Northern hospitality industry support Northern Restaurant & Bar as it celebrates ten years
Key figures in the Northern hospitality industry have joined with Northern Restaurant & Bar to celebrate ten years of supporting the hospitality industry in the North. Mal Evans of Mojo in Manchester and Leeds said “If you’re in the bar and restaurant industry in the North then you should be embracing Northern Restaurant & Bar, it is essential for the hospitality industry”.
Mal was joined by chefs Nigel Howarth, Terry Laybourne, Paul Askew, David Gale, Norman Musa and Alison Seagrave, Hilton Manchester Deansgate GM Bernadette Gilligan, sommelier George Bergier, BII NW Chairman Neil France, bar expert Jamie Stephenson and John Robinson from Frederic Robinson.
