In the last 10 years there have been all sorts of different kinds of burgers made. Remember that Ramen Burger which was big at one point in New York? The Donut Burger? There was even that burger where instead of bread buns there were two fried chicken breasts. Madness.

Well, you can now feast your eyes on this – Le Croissant – a collaboration between What’s Your Beef and The Burger Reviews

So what’s in it? Well, there are 2 x 5oz Grass Fed Dry Aged Patties topped with Edam Cheese, Spring Onions, Thai Peanut Butter, Chilli Jam and Crispy Onions, all stuffed into a Butter Croissant.

Getting your hands on one of these bad boys might be tricky though – so be prepared. What’s Your Beef can usually be found at GRUB over in the Green Quarter, so if you see them there – grab one before they sell out.

By the looks of things they’ll be at GRUB again this 11th and 12th August.

Being a street food vendor, they do tend to travel a bit, so the best thing to do would be to head to their website, see where they are and basically just follow them around until they feed you.
