Brewski is a place where restraint is politely shown the door. Built around North American comfort food, craft beer and a joyful disregard for calorie counting, it’s the kind of spot that exists to make people happy — usually via a tray, a platter, or something absolutely smothered in sauce.

Food is the headline act. Poutines are the calling card: fries loaded with gravy, cheese curds and an ever-rotating cast of toppings that might include pulled pork, mezcal BBQ, buffalo cauliflower or blue cheese sauce. Burritos come with Brewski’s now-famous “moist maker” sauce-soaked buns, quesadillas arrive unapologetically stuffed, and sides are never just sides — think chilli cheese dips, nduja fries and garlic butter doing a lot of heavy lifting.

Menus change every six to eight weeks, which keeps things playful and gives the kitchen space to go big on ideas. Regulars know to expect limited runs, specials and dishes that feel like they were designed by someone asking “what if we just went further?”

As the name suggests, beer matters too. Brewski balances its food with a strong line-up of brews, making it as easy to pop in for a few drinks as it is to settle in for a full-blown feast. The atmosphere is relaxed, sociable and properly welcoming — family-friendly by day, buzzy and carefree by night.
