Located at 60 Spring Gardens, Lennox has quietly established itself as a destination for those who prefer their dining sessions without any restraint. It describes its output as “unapologetic and indulgent,” a mission statement that translates into a menu focused on high-quality provenance processed through classic techniques.

The space itself balances city-centre sophistication with a warmth that suggests you should probably stay for one more drink. While many new openings lean heavily on aesthetic gimmicks, Lennox puts its stock in the kitchen—specifically in its in-house dry-aging programme and its commitment to handmade pasta.

The A La Carte menu, available Tuesday through Sunday, is a substantial affair. You’ll find meticulously prepared snacks and small plates that lead into the “big plates” section, where those dry-aged cuts take centre stage. The pasta is a particular highlight, prepared fresh daily and served with rich, punchy sauces that live up to the restaurant’s indulgent promise.

For the weekday crowd, their three-course lunch menu provides a more streamlined way to experience the kitchen’s rigour. It’s a sharp choice for a business lunch or a post-shopping refuge that feels significantly more elevated than your standard midday fare.

Sundays at Lennox deserve their own mention. While a reduced version of the main menu is available, most people are there for the Lennox Sunday Roast. Like the rest of their offering, it doesn’t do things by halves—expect massive Yorkshire puddings, properly seasoned vegetables, and meats that have benefited from that aforementioned in-house aging process.

The bar operation is equally deliberate. The cocktail list is designed around bold, recognisable flavours that mirror the “unapologetic” spirit of the food. It’s an ideal spot for a drink even if you aren’t staying for a full three courses, though once you smell the kitchen, you’ll likely find it hard to leave.
