The last edition of our Manchester Secret Supper Club saw us set up in an abandoned basement space off Deansgate for a unique fine dining experience.
We collaborated with Elixir Bar who’s basement is was and who kept everyone well watered with a fantastic selection of cocktails, wine and spirits complimenting the food and Aumbry Restaurant who brought over their serving staff providing our diners with service that was second to none.
The secret menu was as follows:
Home smoked mackerel, pickled beets, mustard cream and malted eye bread.
Pink fir apple potato soup, wild garlic, Killeen goats cheese and English truffle.
Slow cooked 33 day aged longhorn beef, cauliflower purée and spring greens.
Grapefruit posset, celery granita & grapefruit sherbet.
