As I’m sure you are aware, Manchester’s hospitality industry is suffering immensely from the current COVID-19 government restrictions. The new lockdown, in addition to the previous Tier 3 placement, is having tremendous effects on the mental, physical and social health of those working in and around the industry.
Therefore TRIBE.MCR have teamed up with Sacha Lord to provide a series of FREE workouts for people working within the hospitality industry.
The aim will be to improve the mental wellbeing of those in the industry, who may be furloughed, at risk of unemployment or unemployed. The sessions will also introduce fun, energy boosting exercises that people can do in their own time to help them feel better.
The first session will be on Thursday 12th November at 6pm. It will be led by Dr Jessicarr Moorhouse, founder of TRIBE.MCR. Jessicarr is a Level 3 PT who focusing on the mental wellbeing benefits of physical activity. She is also a part-time NHS doctor and knows full well that being active can have a huge impact on the way we feel.
Participants can expect a 45 minute fun, inclusive workout where anyone is welcome, including children!
