It seems everyone and their pug are obsessed with exercise at the moment, and jumping on the fitness train is NOMA who have announced two new fitness sessions starting on Tuesday 19th June, right at the crack of dawn.

There’s Yoga with India Hewitt and a boot camp with Jamal Ajose-George, both of whom I am sure are absolutely stunning specimens, with bodies chiselled to the proportions of the Gods themselves, and a motivation that would challenge Rocky in Rocky 4 when he’s up that mountain in Russia.

The boot camp will take place every Tuesday and Thursday at Sadler’s Yard from 7.15am, utilising the square’s facilities to provide a challenging but rewarding morning workout which is sure to put even the fittest participant through their paces.

Yoga will take place each Wednesday at 7am, located inside Plant NOMA, and will provide an energising start to the morning as India takes attendees through a series of poses designed to balance and invigorate for the day ahead.

The first 40 people to sign up will enjoy their first session free, so that’s nice and you can pick up tickets for the events on the links below.
