With the popularity of gin at its peak and still on the rise, The Botanist has curated an extensive gin portfolio taking into account the growing demand for taste and quality. As consumers become more discerning, so do their preferences, so The Botanist strives to offer innovative gins from a wide range of large and small distilleries.
The Ginuary Sale features a collaboration with five gin brands currently listed in The New World Gin List: Masons, Whitley Neil, Bombay Sapphire, Liverpool Gin and handcrafted Scottish gin, Caorunn. Each gin will be served with its paired garnish to complement the characteristics and flavours of each gin.

The Ginuary menu will be showcased at each Manchester Botanist site this January – available Sunday to Thursday.
