Ever keen to share their passion for the very best in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, Zouk decided to set up a cookery school where curry lovers could come along and learn a thing or two from their expert chefs.

Each course only takes half a day and teaches you to prepare and cook two starters, two main courses a rice side dish and either naan or roti bread. There are plenty to choose from too if you want to home in on something specific, and what’s more is if you give them a little notice they will include a personal favourite into the repertoire of the day.
