MIMOD (Most Important Meal Of the Day) are travelling the world this August, bringing you breakfast Mexican style at RedBank Co down at the Green Quarter on Thursday 3rd August.
The pop-up supper club is bringing Mexican brunch classics to dinner time, with a full 5 courses and drinks for only £32 per person. Taking advantage of RedBank#s brilliant outside area, the first three courses and welcome drink will be served outdoors (weather permitting) tapas style so you can drink your margaritas and eat your tostadas in the sun just like in Mexico.
From huevos rancheros tostadas, bloody mary gazapacho and breakfast burritos, guests will then finish off sitting down for cornmeal waffles piled high with pork verde, sweet potato mash and pickled jalapenos, before rounding off the night with everyone’s favourite classic churros and dulce de leche!
