The first in our series brings us to London Warehouse, the former Place Hotel.

The London Warehouse is set to be a truly incredible space – an aparthotel, a co-working venue, a cocktail bar, a restaurant, a barber, and a florist. A place for Mancunians and visitors to eat, sleep, drink, relax, all under one roof on the edge of this buzzing city’s coolest neighbourhood.

Capital & Centric and Ares Management Limited are crafting the £30m apart-hotel as the Manchester developers Capital & Centric stack up a £500m development pipeline around the Piccadilly area.

We met with Tim Heatley and Adam Higgins of Capital & Centric to talk about the development.
