Taking over the kitchen of everybody’s favourite basement bar, ZUMU brought its infamous sushi from Hale and Wilmslow to recreate a street food vibe with an Asian twist in Dive NQ early this year.

And it’s proved to be that popular that it’s here to stay!

What’s more Dive are creating a unique dining experience, adding a DJ to the mix from 8pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening to kick off your night out.

They’re continuing their popular menu serving up street-food favourites like crisp Vegetable Tempura and Duck Gyoza to Bao Buns bursting at the seams with an array of delicious fillings. There’s also beautiful hand-crafted sushi rolls filled with classics from salmon, tuna and prawn.

We also need to take a moment for Zumu’s Chicken Katsu curry served with sticky and aromatic Japanese curry sauce and fluffy steamed rice. Food is served until 10pm, perfect for a pre-big night out meal. You can also take advantage of what is arguably one of the best happy hours in the city…

You can get  2-4-1 cocktails and spirit mixers, £3.50 beers, £10 bottles of wine and £15 bottles of Prosecco between 5pm and 10pm EVERY BLOODY DAY!

If all that’s not the perfect way to kick off a vibrant evening, we don’t know what is.
