There's a Bottomless Gin Brunch this Bank Holiday in the NQ!

Will we ever get tired of Bottomless brunches? Honestly, I don’t think we will. Especially not when gin is involved.

There’s something about the challenge of 2 hours to drink as much as we can that gets us all riled up, and quite frankly, there is no better way to spend a weekend.

So you can imagine our excitement when we caught wind that the lovely folk down at The Bay Horse Tavern have mashed two of the best things ever together and created a Bottomless GIN Brunch (with the good people at Pinkster Gin).

In case you haven’t heard of it, Pinkster Gin was born from a year of experiments to create the perfect gin to pair with food – and they certainly achieved it. The raspberries used are bursting with flavour and take the edge off the gin.

Pinkster have designed 2 cocktails for The Bay Horse Tavern Bottomless Brunch. First is the Pinklet which sees Pinkster shaken with lime and sugar and Gin ‘N’ Jam which actually uses Pinkster’s Jam and a squeeze of lemon.

There second is the Short Work a dangerously drinkable mixture of Pinkster, Aperol, lemon and sugar topped with a vegan foam and Fruit Bowl Fizz a longer mixture of Pinkster, creme de cassis, lime, sugar and topped with Franklin’s pink grapefruit and bergamot tonic.

These cocktails will be bottomless for two whole hours, and while you get them down can choose any item off the brunch menu, which includes the classic full English, smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast and even a new edition of an American style pancake stack with vanilla cream and the raspberry Pinkster Gin Jam.

You’ve got 2 hours to grab any one of their delicious brunch dishes and as many special Pinkster Gin tipples as you can. Challenge accepted? I think so…
