Choose from over 95 classes this Summer at BLOK Manchester...
Back in 2019, after some pretty impressive expansion down in London, BLOK was launched in Manchester, housed in 3 multi-disciplinary studios in the stunning Grade-II listed Ducie Street Warehouse in the Northern Quarter.
Launching with a bang, the city had never seen anything quite like BLOK before – an award-winning fitness concept which specialises solely in CLASSES with over 20 of them to choose from. Even better, this June & July BLOK are offering these classes for just £10 per session!
Ranging from Boxing to Yoga, HIIT to Strength, Barre to Calisthenics – BLOK provides something for everyone, no matter whether you’re trying to lose weight, improve strength, work on posture or just need something to do that isn’t eating crisps whilst watching Netflix.
Each of the classes has been designed around ‘Cross Discipline Training‘ – which aims to progress and increase your fitness, teach you skills, improve your mental clarity, decrease your risk of injury and stop you getting bored of your training scheme.
“At BLOK we are absolute advocates of Cross Discipline Training. It can be easy to get comfortable in your training routines and avoid areas that we find difficult or that we haven’t tried before. “
Specially selected instructors and trainers are on hand to offer their expertise, passion and unique approach to strength and movement.
Commenting on the reopening of studio classes at BLOK Manchester, Head of Yoga Leo Oppenheim said:
“Are you a boxer? Great – Come to a Yin class, reduce your muscle soreness and sharpen your focus. Yogi? Try a handstand class to improve your upper body strength, or drop into one of our Pilates or Calisthenics sessions to build further strength and integrity within your practice.”
BLOK Manchester is currently running an offer where all workouts are £10 a session, or less if you become a member. It’s the perfect time to try something you’ve never tried before, or to build consistency in a class you always enjoy.
Offer ends July 31st.
