Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs unveil details of new luxury Stock Exchange Hotel

The boutique hotel has 40 rooms, 2 signature suites, 3500 square foot penthouse and restaurant overseen by Head Chef Tom Kerridge.

The hotel is co-owned by Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and hotelier Winston Zahra who is set to open the boutique property as a member of Relais & Châteaux in the first ever opening in Manchester. 

The collection of unique rooms can be booked as individual rooms or combined into a number of configurations, creating interconnected spaces including hiring whole floors.

There are 3 rooms named after the original architects of the building, The Bradshaw, John Gass and Arthur Hope. Rooms in the hotel start at £160 per night. 

The exquisite suites; The 1906 Suite and The Boardroom Suite will be fully serviced, and available for both short and long term stays from £650 per night.

The 1906 Suite, named after the year the Stock Exchange opened for trading, is great for families and friends with its two bedrooms

Accessed via a private staircase, The Boardroom Suite is one of the most historically significant and architecturally preserved parts of the building, decked out with original features including marble pillars, stained glass windows and the original Stock Exchange vault. 

The Boardroom Suite can be extended to 2,300 square feet with the addition of an interconnecting suite that also includes its own private terrace.

The House is a unique penthouse residence spread over 3,500 square feet starting at £1,750 per night. The residence is ideal for a short or long stay with 3 bedrooms each complete with an ensuite bathroom.

There’s a fitness room, a fully fitted kitchen, two separate lounge areas, a beverage bar and a stylish dining room, all completed with the full range of services offered by the team of the hotel. The House has it’s own roof terrace offering views over and across the Manchester skyline.

The heart of the hotel will be the restaurant and bar overseen by Tom Kerridge, housed under the famous and magnificent dome. The Vault and The Bank will also become home to a variety of events and private dining experiences.
