The banquet includes a huge starter platter, 3 main sharers a dessert platter AND their exotic Oyster Pakoras.
I don’t want to panic you this soon after Christmas, but Valentine’s Day is RIGHT around the corner and I can guess you are not prepared because really, who is?
Well, you should be. But to help avoid any stress, have I got the thing for you and you don’t even have to cook! That also means no washing up, and my dishwasher is broken so I’m v. happy about this.
There’s a very special 5-course banquet menu available at Zouk to help you celebrate and indulge in some mega Indian cuisine.
Firstly, let’s begin with the well-known slippery aphrodisiac that divides opinions across the globe. Whether you love them or hate them, I can guarantee you’re gonna like these Oyster Pakoras at least 10% more than you like/dislike regular ones.
And that is simply because frying everything makes it a million times better – including oysters. Coated in a spicy pakora batter, lightly fried and served with a refreshing apple and coriander garnish.
Following that is the Lovers Sharing Platter which includes Kashmiri Murgh Kebab, Spicy Prawn Pakoras and Samosa Chaat.
That’s a starter platter full of chicken kebabs coated in a marinade of crushed cashew nuts with spices and rose petals. There are juicy king prawns with mustard seeds, yoghurt and fresh green chillies. And also Samosa Chaat served the traditional way with tamarind sauce and raita.
There’s none of that awkwardness of deciding what to eat because next up is a giant sharing main feast.
Treat yourself and your significant other to not one, not two but THREE of Zouk’s Smokin Hot Mains! There’s Chicken Xacuti, Dahi ka Dungara Gosht and Dall Makhani.
Finger’s crossed you have that other stomach for dessert because the dessert platter includes two luxurious creme brulee and delicious double chocolate brownie
