Following that is the Lovers Sharing Platter which includes Kashmiri Murgh Kebab, Spicy Prawn Pakoras and Samosa Chaat.
That’s a starter platter full of chicken kebabs coated in a marinade of crushed cashew nuts with spices and rose petals. There are juicy king prawns with mustard seeds, yoghurt and fresh green chillies. And also Samosa Chaat served the traditional way with tamarind sauce and raita.
