Make this January your best with The Ivy's new Healthy Menu

Whether you're doing Dry Jan, Veganuary or on a health kick, The Ivy has got your back.

By Manchester's Finest | January 15th '20

Every year we promise to make big changes, commit to being healthier, drink less… you know the drill.

It doesn’t help to stay on track when your favourite restaurants are still serving up the same delicious food that might not be as good for you. That’s where The Ivy’s new January specials come in.

The new vegetarian and vegan menu options include a delicious Avocado and Tomato Cocktail with red pepper, lettuce and pomegranate, dressed with a spicy harissa sauce; a Tossed Asian Salad with a warm salad of beansprouts, pak choi, watermelon, broccoli, cashew nuts, sesame and coriander with hoisin sauce; and a Jackfruit and Peanut Bang-Bang Salad with chayote, Chinese leaf, mooli crispy wonton, peanuts, sesame seeds and coriander.

And to sip it all down, those of you who are braver than me and are venturing into Dry January, The Ivy also have a new menu of smoothies and coolers and low/no alcohol drinks available throughout January.

So do not fear if your January is looking blue, avoid any sadness with bright, colourful and delicious food and some non-alcoholic cocktails to wash it all down with.
