Sacha Lord has been at the forefront of the news coming out of our city over these recent crazy weeks, mainly in his capacity as the Night Time Economy Adviser to Greater Manchester.

Appointed by City Mayor Andy Burnham in June 2018, the last couple of years have seen a variety of challenges and struggles for the hospitality and night time industries in Manchester, most noticeably with the recent devastating effects of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our very own Ben brown will be sitting down for a virtual conversation with Sacha this Friday 3rd April at 2:00pm to discuss just how nightlife is going to adapt to the pandemic.

We’ll be exploring subjects like how promoters are finding new ways to make money in this new space and whether we’re likely to see a rebellion to the government’s lock-down with secret raves and gatherings popping up.

During our live-stream over on Facebook you’ll also be able put your questions to Sacha about the issues closest to you.

So tune in this Friday 3rd April at 2pm for our Isolation Conversation with Sacha Lord
