Wobbly Bob Ale is an award-winning malty, fruity ale made just up the road in Heywood. Always ones to champion sustainability, Randall & Aubin ensure that every ingredient is sourced withing a 40 mile radius of the restaurant (within reason) and this is no different - using this exceptional local ale to make a crisp and fluffy batter for their Fleetwood haddock.
