Harvey Nichols have opened the Heineken Beer Garden this week for the month of August. To celebrate a summer of sport they’re bringing the ultimate beer garden experience indoors complete with Astroturf, outdoor furniture and foliage.
At the launch event last Friday we had great fun on the table football, sampled the high quality HN burgers and drank far too many free bottles of Heineken.
So what’s to be expected in the In the Heineken Beer Garden? Customers are able to enjoy the sporting action live from the high definition big screens whilst sipping bottles of Heineken beer, which if you hadn’t noticed by now are the sponsors, which is a pretty good lager for this kind of thing so bit of a bonus there. Footage will be shown throughout store opening hours and the idea is that HN will provide a perfect & stylish alternative to pub surroundings for cheering on our sporting heroes!
Also on offer will be a pretty impressive snack time menu, designed specifically for the Beer Garden. Customers can order a sandwich to be delivered to them fresh from the Foodmarket deli café, so they can enjoy the finest Harvey Nichols produce without missing out on any of the action.
In addition to the Beer Garden, Heineken and the Second Floor Brasserie are teaming up to offer ‘Tea for a Tenner’; customers are able to choose from a selection of main course dishes, including Fish and Chips and Burger and Chips and accompany it with a bottle of Heineken, a glass of HN wine or a soft drink. Available from 1-31 August in the Second Floor Brasserie at Harvey Nichols Manchester.
Opening times for the beer garden will coincide with shopping opening times:
Monday-Friday: 10am – 8pm
Saturday: 9am – 7pm
Sunday: 11am – 5pm
