Made for sharing, this fantastic new WELLINGTON WEDNESDAY changes weekly with a brand new ingredient – from Duck to Venison to Chicken.
Up on the menu this week is Pork Fillet Wellington with sage and apple stuffing, truffled cauliflower cheese and pommery grain mustard mash.
There’s also a luxurious Venison Wellington including 24 hours braised shoulder with caramelised red cabbage, juniper and orange sauce.
And finally a Chicken Wellington served with wild mushroom and truffle duxelle, glazed chicken wings and bacon dauphinoise.
Wellington Wednesday is now running every single week and guests can expect special offers on specifically paired wines each week. Coming up in December is an extra special Christmas addition to Wellington Wednesday set to be revealed very soon.
