Recently re-opened Northern Quarter bar Wolf at the Door have just announced their latest in a series of events with Brooklyn Brewery and they’re pulling out the big guns with their Brew Master Garrett Oliver.
Taking place on Sunday 9th February, Garrett will be taking guests through six super tasty Brooklyn Brewery beers, each one specially paired with a different dish from the kitchen.
This will be the perfect opportunity to sample dishes from their brand-new food menu – a concept that has changed considerably since before Christmas.
The specialist Brooklyn beers that are on offer on the night are:
