Yes, here we are blowing the trumpet of Sale’s Stanley Square yet again, but it’s fairly impossible not to now, with so much good stuff now popping up in the once neglected neighbourhood.
It’s now been announced that Zumuku Sushi is set to open another restaurant, this time in the up and coming district, so residents are set for another outstanding addition to the new foodie destination.
The past three years have seen sushi specialists, Zumuku nominated in the Deliveroo Awards, as well as nominations in four different categories including ‘Best Sushi’ in which it was a finalist.
The restaurant will be coming to Stanley Square with all its very best dishes, as well as its popular sushi making masterclasses that teach guests the art, techniques and history of the traditional fish crafting process.
Its menu differs across its various Manchester sites, but you can expect to see some most popular menu items appearing at its new Sale venture, too. This will include Uramaki Rolls with fillings such as Spicy Tuna, Chicken Katsu, Surf & Turf and Soft Shell Crab, alongside Katsu Curries and Stir Fried Noodles.
It also currently offers a bottomless brunch at its sites across the city, something that we’re also dying to see in Sale!
The brunch is available from 12pm – 5pm every Saturday and Sunday and offers four dishes for £17.95 with the addition of bottomless booze coming in at just an extra £10.
The courses consist of dishes such as Miso Soup, Sushi Tacos, Tofu Bao Buns and Salmon and Avocado Uramkami rolls – all to be enjoyed in the comfort of one of its relaxed, greenery-filled sites.
We’re still yet to have an official opening date on Zumuku’s Stanley Square site, but it looks likely to open across the next couple of months. Keep an eye on the restaurant’s Instagram for the official Sale opening!
