Exclusive solely to Harvey Nichols, only 300 bottles were made of Renegade London Wine’s limited edition and vegan-friendly Bacchus on skins. Grapes originally from Ledbury were raced to a railway arch in London’s east end and de-stemmed by hand into French oak barrels. Aged for a total of 6 months, a grassy floral Savihion Blanc like grape variety hits your taste buds with orange zest, elderflower, wildflowers, honey, herbs de Provence, spices and lemon posset topped with Chantilly cream and a sprig of lemon thyme.
