An Eight-Course Vegan Tasting Menu is Coming to Cottonopolis this April

Celebrity Vegetarian Chef Jay Morjaria brings his unmistakable style to Cottonopolis for their upcoming Vegan Kitchen Takeover on 30th April.

Jay is the founder and Executive Chef of Sutra Kitchen, a meat-free cooking school in London. As a passionate vegetarian, Jay will bring his unmistakable style that he has developed during his travels throughout Asia to Cottonopolis.

He believes meat-free food can be very inspiring and loves the challenge of changing people’s perceptions of it.

Cottonopolis is already well known for their vegan-friendly menu, with some dishes on their menu being entirely plant-based, however, they’re raising the bar with this Vegan takeover by demonstrating how innovative, high-quality meat and dairy-free food can be.

Morjaria will be working alongside Head Chef, Joe Grant to create a stunning eight-course taster menu. You can expect dishes such as crispy nori tofu & tomato tartare, Miso aubergine Bao and finishing with a Mochi and a vegan chocolate doughnut. The full menu is listed on the flyer below.
