Fields to Fork Festival has unveiled its full programme for 2026, promising a weekend of technique-focused cookery sessions, live fire cooking, music and street food at Whitebottom Farm in Stockport on 2–3 May.
Titled ‘The Second Course’, the festival will see James Martin and Adam Byatt headline live on-stage sessions across the weekend, delivering cookery demonstrations aimed at going beyond surface-level techniques and into deeper insights on produce, process and flavour.

The two-day event will bring together a roster of well-known and emerging British chefs. Alongside Martin and Byatt, Michelin-starred chefs Jean Delport of Interlude, Sussex, Kirk Haworth of Plates Restaurant, London, Josh Angus of Hide Restaurant, London and Andy Beynon of Behind Restaurant, Hackney join the line-up.
Hospitality heavyweights Sally Abé, Corrin Harrison of Gwen Restaurant, Wales, Jacqui Mock of Desserts Over Fire and many more will also feature.

Hosting duties will be taken by a team of presenters including Fields to Fork founder Alex Mclaren, Chris from The Fat Foodie UK platform, BBC Radio Manchester’s Joe McGrath, chef James Peck and cooking presenter Andrew Dickens.
Outside the chef stages, the expanded Food Village will showcase a mix of the North’s street food and producers, from Death by Tacos and Ember x Whitebottom Farm to Northern Soul MCR and Holly Lou BBQ. Tommy’s Pizza, Matt the Fishman, Lymefield and more will also appear.

The festival footprint also includes the Whitebottom Farm Live Fire Stage, the UK’s largest Hawkstone Bar, family activities, a 16-21 Junior Cook Off and camping and glamping options, as well as a dog-friendly site.
A highlight of the weekend will be ‘Brunch with James Martin’, offering festival-goers an experience with a true household favourite.

Fields to Fork Festival continues to set itself apart by pairing high-calibre food programming with a carefully curated, award-winning live music lineup, headlined by Ellie Sax presented by LandRaver, as well as A Few Good Men, Jake O’Neill, Stevie O’Connor, Tristan Walsh, Zoe Unsworth, CC Collective, Gráinne White, Savage Young Beatles and Reservoir Dads.

Alexander Mclaren, founder of Fields to Fork Festival, said: “The Second Course is about confidence. We’ve doubled down on what matters – talented chefs with something to say, producers doing things properly, and an audience that genuinely cares about food. This lineup reflects exactly what Fields to Fork is about.”
Tickets are on sale now for the 2-3 May event at Whitebottom Farm.
