Making Butterfly (Farfalle) Pasta from Scratch with Salvi's

We know that making fresh pasta from scratch sounds LONG, but it's actually much easier than you think.

This Thursday at 12pm Sienna and Maurizio are back with us via Facebook live-stream to show us how to create fresh artisan pasta, and they’ll be constructing bow tie / butterfly shapes known as ‘Farfalle’.

Alongside the homemade pasta they’ll also be creating a Napoletano sauce to make a complete dish.

Ingredients (serves 2 people):

Pasta
200 g of 00 flour

2 eggs

Napoletano Sauce
Olive oil
2 garlic cloves
15 capers
2 anchovies
1 tin of cherry tomatoes
1 piece of cod loin
Salt and pepper
