Generally considered by many to be the best thing about a Roast Dinner, not a week goes by in our house where we’re not slaving away over a massive pan of delicious, creamy Cauliflower Cheese.
It’s an outstanding contribution to any Roast Dinner, and with their new offering, Ducie Street Warehouse have introduced Manchester’s (and probably the world’s) first ever dedicated Cauliflower Cheese menu, with eight different options available for your roast every Sunday.
The ‘Just Cauli-Cheese‘ menu has been created by renowned Head Chef and Sunday Lunch impresario – Andrew Green, lifting Ducie Street Warehouse Sunday’s head and shoulders above the rest.
The mouth-watering menu launches this Sunday 26th September, served from 12.30-8.30pm and will offer dry-aged shorthorn Beef Sirloin, roast supreme of corn-fed Chicken, rosemary roasted Leg of Lamb, free-range Gammon and a weekly changing vegan roast.
All roasts are served with roast potatoes from Massey’s local Cheshire farm, homemade giant Yorkshire’s, seasonal veg and meat or vegan gravy.
Sunday with Sides, has an impressive list of side dishes, including Cumbrian pigs-in-blankets, honey roasted heirloom carrots, minted sugar snaps and many more.
Then there’s the Cauliflower Cheese, with a selection including a classic vintage cheddar cauliflower cheese, truffle, bacon frazzles, blue cheese, macaroni or a totally vegan cauliflower cheese.
A menu of sides worth the visit alone, is complemented with live music and DJs until 9pm, presented by Manchester’s brightest new talents each Sunday with favourite board games available at the bar.
Wash down any meal with the new Sunday Cocktails including the ‘house drink’ of Bellini, Espresso Martini and DSW Bloody Mary. Red Snapper, Breakfast Margarita, Ducie sangria Warehouse and Champagne Mimosa.
