Opened this week, Firefly’s brand-new Aperol Spritz summer terrace is the perfect place for after work drinks as we transition into longer nights and warmer weather.
You’ll find an array of Aperol-based cocktails on offer, alongside an outdoor spritz bar and themed sun loungers for you to kick back and relax in the splendour of the current Spring heatwave.
The terrace officially opened yesterday and will be open for the rest of summer. The exclusive menu of Aperol cocktails has 7 Aperol-based drinks available to enjoy in the sunshine, that are great if you fancy an alternative take on the Italian classic.
A new light-bites outdoor food menu from the team at Firefly has been introduced, too, featuring small plates, bbq skewers and Urmaki rolls.
The chefs have curated dishes such as popcorn halloumi, Korean bbq chicken and spicy tuna sushi, all made to be dined alfresco with a refreshing summer spritz in hand!
The terrace is currently operating on a walk-in only basis, so just head down and grab yourself a table. The space will also host evenings of live music and entertainment throughout its stint at Firefly.
