Today is World Nutella Day which is one of the few food-related days I can get behind. Who doesn’t love a jar of Nutella?!
One thing’s for sure, Naples know how to do Nutella – those folks have been putting it in just about everything since it’s conception in 1946. The foodie paradise is even referred to as the ‘Nutella capital of the world’, giving Willy Wonka a run for his money.
To mark this special occasion, Rudy’s are combining their world-renowned Neapolitan pizzas with the nutty spread for one day only.
The Neapolitan Nutella pizza will feature a cream-base, topped with a layer of Nutella and a sprinkling of crushed pistachios. The whole thing is then drizzled with an amaretto and mascarpone cream.
It’s not the first time this year Rudy’s have announced a tasty collaboration, with a new Grandad’s Sausages pizza special launching last week.
Featuring their legendary pork and fennel sausage, the pizza is also topped with caramelised red onion, smoked mozzarella, Fior Di latte, chilli flakes and fresh basil.
The new Neapolitan Nutella pizza is available for collection or local delivery TODAY ONLY (Friday 5th February) via Deliveroo.
