Since opening their doors at the beginning of August, The Refuge have hosted one of their world-famous ‘Come As You Are Weekenders‘, had Manchester Union Lager out on the Terrace and served up countless Roast Dinner Platters on Sundays.

Well, they can now add another thing to their list – a brand new BRUNCH MENU!

The Brunch Menu is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. ‘Brunchers’ can choose among a beautiful array of dishes, ranging from £7 to £8.50, to pair with healthy juices, warm drinks and cocktails.

Weekends at The Refuge offer a selection of delicious dishes to kickstart the day, choose from the likes of the Shawarma Hash Brunch – a slow-cooked lamb shoulder with poached free-range eggs and pickles or the Shakshuka, served with a free-range baked eggs, Kolios feta, parsley and grilled sourdough on the side to dip into a chorizo pepper tomato sauce.

Vegetarian options include the delicious Fattoush Salad with tomato, cucumber, cauliflower, red onion, mint yoghurt, crispy flatbread, free-range poached eggs and sumac. Or opt for the vegan take on scrambled eggs with the sizzling Scrambled Tofu Akuri, topped with coriander chilli on a grilled sourdough.

The Refuge also offers its beloved roast platters on Sunday, should you choose to stay all day.
