Completely changing your food menu (and concept) must be a daunting prospect. Although we absolutely LOVED the food at Wolf at the Door, they decided that they were due for a change and guess what – it’s equally as brilliant.
Taking the sharpest of sharp turns, they’ve decided to offer up Baos and Tacos until 12am every day and they start at £1 each! What’s more, the first 50 people through their doors this week, who buy a drink of course, will get them for FREE! Lovely.
Right, let’s talk about this Buffalo Chicken Bao because my word – I’ve been thinking about it.
Perfectly crisp and succulent chicken is paired with slaw, a wickedly tingly buffalo sauce and the cherry on top – Bunny Jackson’s Blue Cheese Sauce. Oh papi this thing is a winner!
In addition to the actual brilliance of the food, the price is just as impressive. At only £1.50 each (they come in at £3 for 2) – they’re the perfect accompaniment to an ice cold glass of draught Aspalls or indeed one of their brilliant new cocktails.
