Say hello to the new all-day dining and drinking hang out which is set to brighten up the Northern Quarter from Friday 23rd November.
Foundry Project is all about feeling good, it’s about inventive, high quality food and drink from breakfast through to late night cocktails all in an environment that’s perfectly pitched for pleasure, whether that be a beautiful breakfast meeting or lounging on a Sunday, there’s always something good to eat and splendid to drink.
Housed in the incredible, historic Old Smithfield Market the venue is undergoing a £500k transformation. The design is inspired by Manchester’s industrious past and will reveal a stripped back interior, making use of exposed beams and polished concrete.
The new bar at Foundry Project is to be transformed into something very special with the installation of the UK’s first Estrella beer tank. Foundry Project prides itself on serving up a cracking range of craft beers, ciders, plus a comprehensive wine list.
Their cocktail list is an inventive, eccentric collection inspired by travels across the globe, with 16 house creations, and a creative menu of exciting flavours.
Food wise, and pizzas will be slow proved and fired quickly in the ovens to get the perfect combo of crunch, and chewiness. For light lunch options, guests can swap half a pizza for a house salad with citrus dressing, or for those who want to just graze the day away, you have the option of nachos, wings and halloumi fries.
