Below Stairs x Stray cocktail takeover

The crew from hit Leeds cocktail bar Below Stairs will be burning down the M62 for an evening of excellent drinks at the wonderful Stray bar, tucked inside Mackie Mayor. Below Stairs has already landed itself in the highly-respected UK cocktail bars Top 50 (at number 27), as well as being named Sustainable Bar of the Year. They arrive in Manchester on 20 June, bringing with them the likes of the Corn & Silk – Redwood Empire rye with Cereal Milk, BS Cornsilk and Meadowsweet liqueur and Grand Josiene, finished with oat creme fraiche. Or go for a Coco Mez, made with El Tequileno, sweet pepper, basil, cocoa butter and bubbles.
