Blanchflower, one of our favourite spots in Altrincham, is launching Dinner – a modern British bistro menu curated by head chef Jefferson Green. Following the success of their sold-out Dining Club events, the Shaw’s Road eatery will open every Friday night throughout the summer for the new offering, which features dishes including pan roast cod with lobster cream, prosciutto-wrapped roast pork and tiramisu cheesecake.
