Chef Keaton Cooper returns to Manchester for another of his brilliant supper clubs. This time, Moda at Angel Gardens will host Blue by Keaton Cooper on Tuesday 5 March.
On the set menu, guests can expect dishes including potato, black garlic and confit yolk, lobster ravioli, Szechuan bisque, komba and preserved lemon, guinea fowl, asparagus, wild garlic, Jersey royal and madeira sauce and then to finish chocolate and hazelnut with malt, pear and Pedro Ximenez sherry.
