British bistro and natural wine bar Higher Ground is welcoming Brad and Holly Carter from Birmingham restaurant Carters of Moseley for a one-off lunch collaboration. Taking place at the New York Street venue, the restauranteurs will join Higher Ground’s Joseph Otway to create a seasonal set menu that uses local produce from Cinderwood Market Garden and ‘prize’ ingredients from Brad’s own kitchen.
Holly, who is in charge of all things wine at Carters, will also pick some paired bottles from Higher Ground co-creator Daniel Craig Martin’s cellar to pair with the dishes.
