Portfolio’s first Champagne Party is set to turn the city’s newest wine spot into a proper social affair, with DJs, disco balls, preview dishes from chef Julian Pizer (debuting sneak peaks of his new ‘one bite’ tasting menu), and plenty of bottles being passed around the room. The idea’s simple: buy a bottle, grab a glass, and share pours with friends and strangers alike, with selected Champagnes starting from £50.
